WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We usually ship within 24 hours, after that it takes usually a week till it arrives, we only ship to USA, Canada if yo have any questions regarding your order please contact us: support@ornamentus.com

Yes! We offer 30 Days of Returns & Exchanges please contact us: customer-support@ornamentus.com and we will help you with the returns.

WILL YOUR NECKLACES RUST OR TURN MY NECK GREEN?

Never, every item we produce is made from a solid Stainless Steel base. The common cause for people having allergic reactions to plated jewelry is most often caused by cheap base metals such as copper and fake "Gold" plating. We only use solid 316L Stainless Steel. We guarantee all of our products have the capability of lasting a lifetime with proper care. 

Our items are also 100% water proof and wont make you any problems, ever.

CAN YOU MAKE ME A CUSTOM DESIGN?

Yes! We can make anything possible, please note we cant do 1-1 customs we only mass produce for brands, with the MQO of 50 per design. If you want any custom production we can help you, just contact us via mail or write us on Instagram.

How long till i got my refund?

After we recieved your returns, it will take up to 72 hours till you got your money back! Please use tracked shipping for your returns, so we always know where your items are. 

I ordered the wrong size can i exchange it?

Absolutely! We just ask that you cover shipping to get it back to us. email us at support@ornamentus.com to let us know you're sending it back, and what new size to send out once we receive it.
