We currently ship to Europe, USA, Canada, Japan, Taiwan, Korea , Hong kong and more. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email or SMS/Shop App.

DELIVERY ADDRESS:

To ensure successful delivery, customers are responsible for providing a safe and secure address where parcels can be delivered without risk of theft or damage. Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, the delivery is considered complete.

ORNAMENTUS is not liable for parcels that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery to the address provided. If your address is not secure, we strongly recommend:

  • Using an address where someone will be present to receive the parcel

  • Selecting an alternative address (workplace, family member, etc.)

  • Using parcel lockers, PO boxes, or other secure delivery options available in your region

Please note: If a parcel is delivered to the address supplied by the customer and subsequently goes missing, we cannot offer refunds or replacements, as the parcel has been delivered.
