DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

Yes! We offer 30 Days of Returns & Exchanges please contact us: support@ornamentus.com and we will help you with the returns. 

HOW LONG TILL I GOT MY REFUND?

After we recieved your returns, it will take up to 72 hours till you got your money back! Please use tracked shipping for your returns, so we always know where your items are. 

I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE CAN I EXCHANGE IT?

Absolutely! We just ask that you cover shipping to get it back to us. email us at support@ornamentus.com to let us know you're sending it back, and what new size to send out once we receive it.

WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE, NOR ISSUE ANY REFUNDS FOR WRONGLY ADDRESSED ORDERS.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Items are bought during sale or pre order can be returned in store credit only.
