Thank you for shopping with Ornamentus. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following Return & Exchange Policy carefully, as it governs the terms under which returns and exchanges will be accepted.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within thirty (30) calendar days from the original delivery date as confirmed by the carrier’s tracking information.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage not caused by Ornamentus will not be accepted.
2. Timelines for Initiating and Shipping Returns

Initiation: You must notify us of your intent to return or exchange an item within fourteen (14) calendar days of the delivery date.

Shipment: Once your return request is approved, the item(s) must be shipped back to our designated return address within fourteen (14) calendar days of approval.

Receipt: All returns must be received by Ornamentus within thirty (30) calendar days of the original delivery date. Returns received after this period will be refused and returned to the sender at their expense.
3. Non-Returnable Items

Items purchased on sale or through pre-order are eligible for store credit only.

For international orders, Ornamentus is not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses, customs delays/issues, or unclaimed shipments. No refunds or replacements will be issued unless required by applicable law.
4. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method to ensure safe and verifiable delivery of your return.
5. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within seventy-two (72) hours after the returned item(s) have been received and inspected by our team.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may require additional time to process the refund.
6. Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size, we are happy to exchange it for the correct size, provided you cover the cost of return shipping to us.

Exchanges will be shipped once the returned item has been received and inspected.
7. Wrongly Addressed Orders

Ornamentus will not be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. No refunds will be issued for such orders.
